Reiki Healing Movements
How are you Feeling Today?
​REALLY?
Below are some questions are Reiki movements that have helped me in the past. repeat them as much as your need.
Are you feeling anxious?
In This section there will be movements and suggestions to help with Root Chakra Blockages
We will focus on the Root Chakra
-
First things first we will stand up with feet shoulder width apart. slightly bend your knees, relax the muscles in your hips.
-
next close your eyes and take in a some deep breath, as your are breathing in focus on your root chakra with each breath for the root chakra to glow a bright red.
-
slowly make circles with your hips from right to left or counterclockwise for 20 rotations. like you are using an invisible hulahoop.
-
next we will go from left to right or clockwise for 20 rotations (fun side note: healthy chakras typically rotating in a clockwise movement)

Do you often feel overlooked??
In This section there will be movements and suggestions to help with Sacral Chakra Blockages
We will focus on the Sacral Chakra
-
Ok, we are going to stand up with your feet shoulder width apart. please don't forget to gently bend your knees and relax your lower back and hip muscles ( fun side note: wiggling or shake will loosen areas quickly)

Place your hand on your Sacal Chakra or navel area. See in your mind a orange light glowing under your hands bright and vibrant.

While keeping your feet flat, slowly swing your right hip forward and to the right. circling it around backward. This will put the left hip in the position to move forward.
-
shift your left hip forward, circling it to the left and backwards. think of making a firgure 8 with your hips.
-
you will feel it becomes more fluid for you the more you do it. do this for a least 20 rotations or as many as your body like follow the flow

Are you having a hard time feeling your personal power?
In This section there will be movements and suggestions to help with Solar Plexus Chakra Blockages
We will focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra

For this exercise you get to remain sitting. get out 2 pieces of paper.

On the first piece of paper we are going to draw what makes us feel powerless. ( This can change from day to day).
-
Why does this make you feel powerless? Meditate on why this has power and what power you give to the object.
-
On the second piece of paper I want you to draw what gives you confidence and self worth.
-
How does this object make you feel confidence? Meditate on why.

Are you Feeling Disconnect from the world around you?
In this section there will movements and suggestions to help with Heart Chakra Blockage
We will focus on the Heart Chakra
-
Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit and close your eyes.
-
Place your hands over your heart
-
See a bright green light filling your chest area. Take a couple of deep steading breathes.
-
focus on your heart and filling it with love and companion. Remain in this state for several minutes. see what you feel and how you feel.
-
Ask your heart for any messages for you
-
continue to repeat this exercise daily for a week and see the difference.

Do you feel unheard?
We will focus on the Throat Chakra
-
In a comfortable position hum the lowest sound you can make and hold it for as long as you can. Repeat it 3-5 times
-
Next, make a slightly higher pitched sound, hold it for as long as you can. Repeat it 3-5 times
-
Continue to move up into higher pitches and higher until the hum is so high it's can barely be heard.
-
Then move back down until you end at the lowest pitch again.
-
then try to move the sound continuous from low to high and high to low.
-
after you complete the sound exercise sit in a quiet place and note how you feel?

Is your mind to loud and busy right now?
In this section there will movements and suggestions to help with Thrid Eye Chakra Blockages

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Place one hand on the center of your forehead and the other at the base of your skull
-
Imagine this space filled with deep indigo light
-
focus your attention in the center of your head and breath deeply for a couple of minutes.
-
Repeat this exercise daily for at least a week and note how you feel


We will focus on the 3rd Eye Chakra
Looking for Inner Peace?
In this section there will be movements and suggestions to help with Crown Chakra Blockages
We will focus on the Crown Chakra
-
Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, take several deep breaths and see a lavender or white light filling the top of your head.
-
place your fingertips on the top of your head. Gently massage circles around the center of your crown and slowly move down the sides of your head to your ears.
-
Bring your hands back to your crown and repeat the circular movements, this time moveing down the back of your head to the base of your skull.
-
repeat this movement 3-5 times a day. Sit quietly for couple of moments with your eyes closed and observe yourself
